I followed this up with the afternoon in the city having a really nice lunch and coffee and chats with a friend from uni. It has simply been a good day which boosted my confidence in myself and my career plans.

AAH! YAY! Just had to give a short presentation on the representation of psychology in the media and I think it went well. The marker was smiling and nodding a lot. Then I got my feedback from my lab report and got a 1st! The marker liked my ideas for future research and the way I wrote as well as the info i included in the report. YAY!
That's it! I'm done! Even the homophobic people in my family now know I'm gay. I'm done lying to people. We're moving on and I'm happy so screw them all!

As it happens, they took it pretty well haha I let my mum n step-dad convince me that they would take it really badly so I put it off for ages... In the end, it went okay haha It went better than when I told my mum, actually haha
