I hate how I can be happy one moment and suddenly a thought pops into my head and I'm super sad. Maybe I should just go to bed soon

Suddenly I feel really sad again about not being able to go to school I really want to start my therapy to work on myself so maybe next year, or this year even, I can go back to school. Lately just sitting at home has been much more frustrating again

My poor grandpa He had a surgery today, but none of the anesthetic worked so he had to go in fully awake and feeling everything

I've been very negative during this year which I think isn't me at all. I've got upset easily and felt like there's no point in anything.

Every time I read news about new laws and decision that government has made I feel bad. It's like I'm less worthy since I'm unemployed. Though I have worked too but since it's been only short periods I always have to be on the job center's list.
This is why I'm considering my own business but since it's so uncertain I'm afraid to do so...

I'm sad It's my grandma's birthday, but I can't go visit her because I have an appointment in another city tomorrow so I have to rest today. She doesn't mind, but it still makes me sad because I love my grandma
