To learn they first need to understand what they did wrong and why it is wrong. Lead them on the way to correct their mistakes or tell them to take the consequence if it is not possible to correct (what is both for me taking responsible for the mistake).
That is at least what I prefere to do although I sometimes just wanne punch them kkkk

Blossom It's normal to feel sorry for them. Even if they made a mistake, it means you're a compassionate person But even though people make mistakes and deserve a second Chance, they still made a choice with whatever it is they did. So it's bittersweet like I'll feel bad for them but they still need to own up to their mistake.
