I was just talking with my mom about working out and how it's going really well for me. When I go to the gym I usually bike for about 10-15 minutes and I walk for about 5-10 minutes and going to the gym and back home is also a 10-15 minute walk and I then only need that day to recover. Before I wouldn't have been able to do walk 10-15 minutes, let alone then also work and walk back again. And if I did I needed 2, sometimes 3 days to recover. And I also stay up until 10 p.m nowadays, which is late for me, because I'm not tired yet at 9. I'm really starting to do much better and it's making me so happy
