I was supposed to think myself something to do for next year... I have a huge urge to make a book but I first need to plan it first. I don't want to have another useless year in a row.
The houses price in Malaysia has gone beyond affordable. Even a degree holder without debt wont be able to buy one with the amount of loan im qualified for. If you dont buy one now, the price will keep going up. But the loan i qualified for cannot even buy a house o.O like normal price for a house now is 400k bit the loan i can make is only 200k+ - This is totally frustrating. We will have to works our ass off to pay the debt even after retiring.
