Have you noticed how so many things have taken away the "pain of paying"? Have you noticed how the steps for paying get reduced, so it happens so quick now you hardly realize you have paid until the credit card bill comes due? I am old enough to remember the old ways. If you wanted to spend, you had to take your paycheck to the bank, wait in line, take out enough cash to last you a week. You went home and put the cash in different envelops (rent, utilities, food, gas). Then each time you made a purchase, you opened the envelop. Looking at how little was in there, you realize the pain of making a payment and hesitate about impulse purchases. You know what is in the envelop is all you have to spend on food for the week.
I want to own a few korean coins and dollars to hold in my hand. I want to get use to the money before I go to Korea. Any suggestions on how to get Korean currency in the USA?
Jay 재 Oh right... see ours are the same... there's like 4 or 5 places in my town to get currency. .. Though I doubt they would have korean... but you can order more obscure currency online and pick it up a few days later from some of them

연주 @julia I still have a few coins with me and can send u some meanwhile, you will get a much better exchange rate in Korea. I always carry USD for exchange to won in Korea
@jay mark&spencers has the best rate...better than banks like NatWest or Barclays kkk
