YES!! Finally good news
Two of the three involved in the s*xual assault case against JYJ's Yoochun have been arrested on the charges of false accusations and blackmailing.
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency called for the arrests of woman A, her boyfriend, and her cousin on August 4, and the arrests of A and her cousin were photographed today. It's reported they were also arrested for destruction of evidence.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency informed OSEN on August 4 that for Yoochun's case, the police has requested arrest warrants for the first woman he allegedly s*xually assaulted, along with the woman's boyfriend and cousin, for charges of false accusations and blackmail.
Police stated, "We have requested arrests warrants after taking into account the seriousness of claiming false charges and blackmail as well as the possibility that [the defendants] colluded to have their testimonies coincide," adding that they "won't know whether the defendants will be charged until later that afternoon."

Police have revealed that Park Yoochun will be acquitted of the four s*xual assault charges made against him.
On the morning of July 11, the Seoul Gangnam police said, “As it is difficult to prove the use of force, the charges of s*xual assault are not valid. He will be acquitted.” The investigation on the s*xual assault charges will be concluded, and the results forwarded to the prosecution by the end of this week or early next week.
With the case largely resolved, police are looking into whether or not 100 million won (approximately $87,300) was given to the first accuser. Police restored texts exchanged between Park Yoochun and the first accuser, and have confirmed several mentions of “100 million won.”

The police have confirmed the DNA evidence submitted by the first alleged s*xual assault victim is a match to Yoochun.
On July 7, Seoul's Gangnam Police Station stated Yoochun has been confirmed as the source of the male DNA found on underwear submitted by the first woman who accused him of s*xual assault. Though this does cement that Yoochun and the woman had s*xual relations, it does not qualify as sufficient evidence for rape.
However, the evidence does point to the fact that Yoochun attended an adult entertainment bar and had relations with one of the employees during his military service. Reports also say that he is likely to be cleared of charges in the first s*xual assault case, but this has yet to be confirmed by police.

Finally some news..
He was interviewed after his 8 hour investigation, where he said, "I'm sorry for concerning so many people. I will comply diligently to the police investigations."
The police also said, "It won't take longer than a week [to see if Yoochun's DNA matches the evidence DNA]. There could be more investigations if needed." Currently, the police are considering extra investigations because there is a lot to consider.

Fighting!!
On June 30, Yoochun went through 8 hours of intensive questioning by police, and it's been reported victim A, who previously canceled her claim only to re-file, has also given her testimony. According to Channel A, Ms. A stated, "The madame didn't let me leave the room. Yoochun dragged me to the bathroom and s*xually assaulted me."
The report further stated Ms. A was the only employee at the adult entertainment bar at 5AM as her coworkers had already left. Allegedly, along with Yoochun, there were 11 men in the room, and Ms. A was the only woman there. This is when she claims the madame, her boss, prevented her from leaving the room, which gave Yoochun the opportunity to assault her.

Also, reports had come out that the fourth woman to accuse Yoochun of rape changed her testimony and dropped her charge, but the police denied this with, "The report saying that the fourth woman reversed her testimony by saying there was no coercion on the same day she made the charge and was investigated by the police on June 17 is false. The accuser was investigated twice, on June 17 and 19, and she never reversed her testimony." Regarding her canceling the suit, the police said, "We never received any documents for dropping the charge."

Some Updates~
The Seoul Gangnam Police Station revealed on June 23 that they've applied to the prosecution for travel bans on Yoochun and more to keep them in the country.
Deemed flight risks are Yoochun, the first accuser he countersued back on June 20, her cousin, and her boyfriend for a total of four people. A police rep stated, "We requested a travel ban to prosecution, and if they accept, the request will go to the Ministry of Justice. The results are not yet out."

Park Yoochun was reportedly not in Korea on the dates given by the third and the fourth victim in the s*xual assault case. According to a report in Sports World on 21 June, the news outlet stated that on both the dates, as given by the victims in their testimony, Yoochun was in a foreign land for his career engagements.
The source revealed that on 12 June, 2014, the 30-year-old was in China and was busy preparing for his Asia tour, The Return of King concert. While in February 2015, the time given by the fourth victim in her testimony, the singer was in China again for his upcoming fan meet.
However, the company did not deny or confirm any of the media reports.

On June 21 in South Korea, YTN reported that the first round of investigations into the testimonies of the women who are accusing Yoochun of s*xual assault has been completed.
According to this report, the accusers stated that they were working as adult entertainers, but they had tried to resist him to their utmost abilities. Together, they stated that while Yoochun was trying to subdue them, he held the bathroom door handle and blocked them so that they couldn't escape. Also, a portion of the women stated that he put both hands on their shoulders to force them down into sitting positions.
