How can we create our own "triggers" to get ourselves to do the habits we want? For example, if you want to study Korean, can you create triggers that prompt you to study? Memrise has added an icon to my phone that tickles me if I have flashcards that need reviewing. Just seeing that little icon on my phone makes me think about studying. It is a trigger.
Another trigger is every week I have class scheduled. Another is every week I meet with a tutor. All these things get me studying.
