It's really scary and I really don't like it

I had to run to the car now I'm soaked and it's flooded where I live in had to be so careful driving home. Alot of street lights went out at least I arrived home safely just now
I'm quite sure it was because of my neck (=stiff, aching)... The heater's sound got a whole new meaning in my dream so it was difficult to go back to sleep when I heard it after the sleep...
Do you guys know what a bunot is? I am not sure if it originated from Philippines, I really have no idea. But it is used to shine our floor, specially floor made of a type of wood..

This is not a dream, but last night (I wasn't able to check what time it was because my phone is at the floor, and I am a coward to reach out for it. Because there might be a hand from underneath my bed 
) ... Anyway, last night... I heard someone using bunot at the living room..

Who among my family member will use "bunot" at the middle of the night? It was so dark then. Luckily my sister is sleeping with me last night. I got to hug her tight so I won't be scared anymore. But it lasted for long. That may be one of the reason I got a weird dream.
