My head is going to explode..migraine is my faily pain..but THIS is killing me painkillers aren't strong enough for this strength of pain anymore

I need to find out, what's stressing me lately...i take 3times a day strong painkillers and still feel like dying..i get heavy headaches from stress..but i don't know what it is this time..i have so much stress since years and it's always growing Can we make it stop please? I completely lost the feeling of having NO headaches..chronic headaches since 2006..already 10 years.. no wonder i have such big dark circles..
