Do you make ramyeon (라면)? 한국 도라마 Korean dramas made me start eating "premium" brands from Korea. My basic recipe:
1. Pull out a bunch of veggies from the fridge. Chop. (Or use frozen veggies)
2. Find some protein. Tofu, egg, ounce of leftover meat, a frozen mandu (dumpling)
3. Cook all together in a pot
Leftover potato can be chopped into bite size pieces and tossed in too. Don't limit your ideas about veggies. I've found lettuce and cucumber make a nice addition. Cabbage of course goes well in Shin Ramyeon. Bok choy, zucchini, mushroom are favorites.
When I have leftover meat, I slice it thin and freeze in 1-2 oz servings, then toss into ramyeon pot and it warms up in the 4 minutes it takes to make the ramen.
Here you go guys!!!! Thanks for kidnapped me... kk
