It's been really cold here lately and it's making my pain so much worse I really don't mind the cold but this sucks

ok..i had a little "emergency operation" this morning because some thing didn't went as we wanted, nothing serious, but tomorrow i have to go back..so now i should get some sleep and get some energy..i almost fainted at the doctor, because i got so stressed from the sudden pain.. wish me luck, that tomorrow will be my last apointment there for a long while..

i think i need to see my doc again for some injections in the neck again.. it's so stiff again.. and i may have a pinched nerve in my back.. i was hoping the workout would help..but it didn't..

i'm already back..no surgery..was too late for that.. well..it's nothing serious but now i have to deal longer with the pain..

I relaxed a bit and hope that helped with the headache. It's just because of tensed muscles anyway.
