1) if creating this via mobile, choose classic version of the screen
2) complete creating your account by adding a *New ad unit
3) click the tab above that says 'My Ads' That's where they'll find all the options your page requires. Only after they fully complete this page is when they'll get redirected to their AdSense sc-ript with a choice of Asynchronous or Synchronous.
4) banner type : 160x600 vertical , Asynchronous
Who knows you can get pocket money through it in the future!
