What's different between: 여기 없다 잖아 and 혼자 간다 잖아 Why just 없다, not use 없는다

Ryan you can say when someone ask more than twice about something.
A: 거기 있지?(Is he there?)
B: 아니 여기 없어. (No, he isn't)
A:거기 있는 거 알아. 거기 있지? (I know he is there. Is he there?)
B:여기 없다 잖아! (I SAY HE ISN'T HERE!)
