체지방을 줄이고 근육량을 늘려야한다. 그러나 허리 디스크 때문에 제대로 운동을 할 수 가없다. ㅋㅋ 그래서 악력기를 샀다. 부위별 운동 시작~~ 두둥~~!!^^
