Another DIET plan... I really should make it this time.. 빠샤!
Plan: Diet
D-Day: 11/24/2013
Goal: -6Kg
How to: 1. Keep walking
2. Drink at least 2 L of water
3. No soft drinks, fries, and noodles (aglio e olio pasta is allowed! XD)
4. Exercise at least 3 times a week
5. Eat less & move more!!!
Act1. 07/16/2013 I've lost 2 kgs so far... just bought a second hand scale... ㅋㅋㅋ xD
How to: 1. drink plenty of water at least Litre/day
2. dinner : fruits & veggies (no rice)
3. exercise more!!
4. Eating red rice instead of white rice for lunch~

@oppa nooo~~ I'm afraid of sharks... but probably you want to accompany me swim to Korea??? We'll make a new score for Guinness!! Kk
How to: 1. Eat like usually, but skip dinner (and replace with fruits/milk)
2. Drink water only (min. 2 litre/day)
3. Dont forget to exercise more
4. No snack!!!
