My regular train was cancelled so I had to take one that would make me late if I travelled as usual so I got off 1 station before the one I usually go to and took the metro instead of the tram. I was sooo scared. That train station is in a really long tunnel where you can't see either end but the metro station was even worse. Both ends were just pitch black darkness

Everyone got a different emotion and had to make something that conveyed what that emotion is like for them.
And really early this time! It's barely 1 p.m. I managed to catch a train earlier than usual on the way back so I didn't have to wait 25 minutes for the bus And today's session wasn't that heavy. It was more of a getting to know each other kinda session which was nice
Today's session was pretty rough. The therapists asked us who is a person that has had the most negative influence on our life and how we feel when thinking about that person. For me it's my dad and I feel angry when I think about him. I always have a hard time talking about him so that was very tough for me, especially since I don't know the people in my group that well yet. That makes it much harder for me to open up about stuff like that
I visited my friend today and painted her nails and made a video of it On my way home the first bus was 7 minutes late and then when I got to the bus station in my city both busses I can take home drove off just as I stepped off the other bus so I took another one that stops 15 minutes from my house, but I kinda regret taking that one now because I had to walk in the burning sun for 15 minutes 
It gave me a major headache
but i am happy
