I am blessed to have a Korean poet and writer as one of my pen pals. Yesterday, a package arrived from Korea. It was a book of Haiku by Ko Un. "Flowers of the moment" http://jreidy17.wordpress.com/2014/06/06/poet-un-ko/ While it is true I am hardly advanced enough to be reading poetry, it is also true that poetry is a passion of mine. When the subject matter is of interest to you and moves you emotionally, it doesn't feel like studying.
