NicoleHan Natalie, the level is quite different.
If you are speaking to elderly, you can use 반갑습니다.
반가워요 is more casual way to say it, but still it shows your respect.
however, if you're speaking to younger people, you may use 반가워 (drop the "요").
Same goes with, 고맙다 (basic form), 고맙습니다 (respect), 고마워요 (respect), 고마워 (casual)
