Let's talk about eating in korea:
Before eating you say: 잘 먹겠습니다 [Jal mokesubnida]
It means: Thank you for the food, (or preparing the food). It literally means: I will eat well :D
After eating you say: 잘 먹었습니다 [Jal mokegotsubnida]
It means: It was really good, thank you for the food. It literally means: I ate well.
during the course, you could say: 맛이 있어요! = It's delicious!

One of public figure here share his experience when he went to china
He met a monk there ... And he found out the monk has 55 years old age
But his appearance looks 40
The monk told him how he lives especially how he manage on eating
And then the public figure did the manage of eating ...
After few months he finally found himself more healthy than before
He wrote a book which about manage of eating ..,
And that's how I found out that my breakfast thing I usually did was exactly same ...
Maybe it one reason i look 10 years younger than my age ~
