I'm very curious to know what languages everyone speaks (since I'm a linguistics student ), so which languages do you know/are you learning/can you understand? I know Dutch, English and French I am learning Korean (and in the near future hopefully Japanese as well) I understand German (studied it 1 year at school and it's very alike to Dutch) and Latin (studied it for 6 years at school, but it's not like I remember much haha ) Because I know French and Latin, I am able to get the gist of Spanish and Italian texts ^^ but nothing more than the gist keke
Mika_ist08 i dont good remember but in third or fourth grade of elementary school english lessons are being taught.... but i think not given a good education for english.. because people often going to courses to learn English well. :/

stella ooh ça doit être génial ce mixe Dans le néerlandais de la Belgique, il y a beaucoup d'éléments français et surtout dans les dialectes mais bien sûr avec un accent belge lourd haha
I would like to, whenever I study Korean, note everything down and make a so called language journal (or something similar) and I've seen some people here taking notes while studying, so do you guys have any tips on taking notes for Korean?
