Do you know Makgeolli?
Makgeolli is a traditional alcoholic beverage in Korea.
it tastes sweet.
Although it is alcohol, it has lots of nutrients.
It contains more than ten kinds of amino acids, including all eight of the essential amino acids.
It is made by fermenting a mixture of boiled rice,wheat and water.
I'd like to recommend you to enjoy Makgeolli with Korean pancakes called "Pajeon."
