Iftar ~ literally means breakfast ... it's the name of the first meal you eat ... so in Ramadan our iftar (breakfast ) is at sunset

##we fast from dawn to sunset
##we can eat and drink whatever we want after that
## fasting incudes (eating, drinking, smoking, s*xual interactions)
##people who are not physically able to fast , they do not fast God has given them the permission not to fast

For those who don't know
Ramadan is a holy month for Muslims . In Ramadan we fast from sun rise to sunset . We don't eat or drink anything during that time .it's the blessings month
