I tried making a simple kind of kimchi this morning. I basically used this recipe (with a few adjustments) : http://www.maangchi.com/recipe/yangbaechu-kimchi
I couldn't resist trying some fresh but I need to force myself to leave most of it until at least Tuesday so that it can ferment!
