- Drink more water
Totally forbidden:
- Snacks
- Noodles (bai bai ㅠㅠㅠ i'll miss you...)
- Soda drinks
- Beer ( ㅠㅠㅠ i'll miss you too) and alcohol in general
Act1. - 1.5 kg
going well!!
Act2. +1.5 kg (cheated with mc donalds) then -1 kg
current: -0.5 kg
