I wrote our friends' numbers so she'd call us when ever she feels lonely..
I wrote some restaurants' numbers and the police's as well

so in this one I put notes and asked her to open it every time she's happy and write on one note the reason and put it in the envelop she'll open when she's sad .. which I didn't even do until now
ahh so much work

having a bad/long day ~
