I am at the very beginning of learning Korean and i am looking for the best guides to learn writing (alphabet) and pronunciation. I really need to hear the pronunciation and see how it's written and then learn about the rules which decide about why it's written and pronounced like that. The best I saw so far is here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KN4mysljHYc from KoreanClass101. So I wanted to ask everybody, which are the best tools you know to learn Korean on internet? Thanks!

Dirk Thank you for the replies. I will probably focus first on KoreanClass101 and then read through some of the guides on mindpasta as a rehearsal

The only book I've found in the bookstores in my home town was this one. I was so excited to find at least one book book about learning Korean that I bought it

나는 일을 가고 싶지않아 means 'I don't want to go to work', right? It'll be my motto this week!

May not sound like a big deal, but the dictionary actually has my home in it! I was surprised because it's hard to find people that have actually heard of my home, many sites don't even list it for shipping, etc. This is all so exciting to me! Hopefully this is right: 저는 저지 섬 에서 왔어요!

So I just managed to learn that 냉 means cold thanks to a 냉커피 tutorial which reminded of 냉면! I watched a video about 냉면 before I learnt to read 한글 but remembered that it was a cold noodle dish, so when I watched the 냉커피 tutorial, I managed to make the connection. It may not be the biggest discovery ever, but considering I don't know many words in 한글, I'm still proud that I worked it out for myself! ^___^
