    You were way more than "just" a cat..we will miss you..
    The doctor let him stay in my arms after he saw my cat walking up to me for a last hug..

    Garfield comforted me for 14 years..every time i was sad, he came and purred..you know what he does now? He can barely walk anymore..but when i came closer, crying, he started purring..even now..he's comforting me..people who say cats are heartless jerks should have met him..never in my life i met a cat like him..he was even acting like a dad to my son..i'm not only loosing a cat..i'm loosing a friend..a family member..a piece of myself..

    chayimray Well, those memories will be kept, I'm sure. I guess there's a reason why we have domestic animals. Heck, animals as a whole are way more better than us. Garfield will be missed.

    Today is his last day..it hurts so much..i can barely breath anymore..two major losses this year..i can't..
