80% of winning is just by showing up? I just heard this while watching something on how to overcome fear. I find certain things very intimidating at times, maybe a new job or or even using a new language. But they say, when you push yourseld, you become more confident when you have accomplished whatever it is you were fearful of.

yesterday when I'm in the hurry to cross over the busy traffic road, when suddenly the traffic lights not working. I was terrified and looking for someone to be with me to cross over, I was praying. oh!! pls. help me! send someone to be with me to cross over, oh! I can't cross by me what if I got hit by car, I keep calm down myself and wait for a minutes, then her she goes a nursing student, I pretend to act natural to be with her passing through the road, yes finally I pass through it. huh!! what a relive I felt that time, and so thankful.
