when you catch cold and your throat doesn't feel so good there's 4 recipes helps you to get well :
ginger with hot milk you can use ginger tea if you have it
tea or ginger tea with honey
warm water wit honey
garlic with olive oil or just eat lemon
ps :i don't advice you to use garlic if you suffer from pressure problems thnx

I try to give people the best advice I can when they ask me for advice....but when they don't take it...I just wonder why they asked They end up doing what they want anyway or just keep complaining about whatever it is

I'm the go - to advice guy for all my friends. This takes up a lot of my time but I don't mind. I feel like, if they keep coming back and their problems keep getting solved, then my advice must be good. So, when people ask for it (which happens at least once per day, sometimes more) I give it to them. I feel like I'm helping... Or at least I hope I am... This is part of my reasoning for doing a degree in psychology. I'd like to use it to either, research ways people can be helped in future and push our understanding of the human mind or become a psychotherapist and help people myself
