Today I got a message from a friend telling me that someone she thought was her friend was bullying her because she's mentally ill. Usually I wouldn't intervene for the fear of confrontation but instead I sent a message to that girl telling her it isn't okay to bully someone for their mental illness because that only makes it worse. I really hope she'll realize she was wrong for doing that and will apologize and not do it again. I'm happy and proud that I put my own mental issues aside to help my friend
The new guys are very nice and Rudy, The one with the same name as my dad, is nothing like my dad both in looks as well as personality so I feel a lot better about it I really didn't feel like going but I did anyway because it's super important.
I wore a dress with bare legs today This is the first time in like 6 years since I've gone outside of my neighbourhood with bare legs and it felt AWESOME! Last time I went somewhere bare legged I got made fun of so I didn't do it for years but today showed me that actual mature people don't care if I show my legs. And I felt hella cute 
And that's not something I often say about my body
He was asked to go to an educational convention to man the stand for his school and show off the tech things they make there.
It's all nice and organised again and I love it

I trained on the cross trainer for 12 minutes and 10 minutes on the treadmill
