My throat has been hurting since yesterday. It's not sore but swallowing hurts. It's not as bad as yesterday so fingers crossed it's passing.

My back still hurts so I've worked standing today. I tried to sleep with a "heat-belt" last night but that didn't go too well. I've stretched and even started to train my core again. I hope it works!!

When we were leaving the house I hit my leg with the corner of car door. That pain... I still don't have a bruise though!

I just ate and fell on the sofa. I don't wanna move for awhile. Not because I'm too full but because I painted for over an hour in a really bad position.

I got a nasty headache. I wonder if half a painkiller will help this time... I got one job finished anyway and earned few bucks, yay!

The knuckle of my left index finger aches (not to mention my back from shoulders to hip) so it's hard to feel motivated today. I have no work though so I try not to feel too guilty if I end up taking it easy today.

i just hit my head on my window fr-ame because i got dizzy..luckily not much blood's coming out..just a tiny wound but damn..i already had heavy migraine..
