I'm finally doing better. I talked about the thing that scared me so bad in therapy this week and I'm starting to be able to let it go now. Today I woke up not feeling nervous for the first time since I got triggered
Sorry for not being around for so long. I've been really bad at socialising lately so I've given myself a kick in the behind to make an effort to socialise so here I am again

Today I was cleaning on the cemetery because tomorrow we have a Father's Day. Cool air is good every now and then! 
Sorry I haven't been around lately. I've been cutting down on my antidepressants and it's taking a big toll on me
