Pastel de choclo, is a typical Chilean dish, consists of ground beef served with onion with corn ground up meat, has in some cases or milk butter, entering the oven and then put on cake merengue which is egg beaten with sugar, again entering the oven and is like a cake baking, and now this, a rich dish of Pastel de Choclo.
