Anyway, I saved a fieldfare from a volleyball web this morning. It felt amazing! (Our neighbor has a bad guard dog, he said nothing while I sneaked into their yard to do that. )
I saved a tiny bee from water earlier. I wonder how it's doing. I tried to warm it and give it shelter to dry it's wings and body. I'm afraid of bees/wasps but I couldn't leave that tiny being there.
By the way, I've seen a snake almost everyday this week. Luckily not in our yard but on the road. It's been so unusually warm that there either are more snakes or they are desperate to hydrate themselves. Either way, I don't like seeing them.
When will I see baby magpies jumping on our yard? I've seen parent magpies flying around our house for weeks so there should be babies somewhere. They're super cute when they jump around and beg food from their mommies.
