Thailand has just got a new HERO!!!
After 55 days of his run to raise money from people all over the country via "Step-By-Step Campaign", Toon, a famous rock singer in Thailand, reached his last 2,215th km yesterday. His journey began at the most southern tip of Thailand, Betong District, Yala Province and ended in Mae Sai District, Chiang Rai, the most northest part of the country. His initial 700m Baht was a targeted fund he wished to raise in order to help 11 community hospitals in Thailand - to save lives of people in remote area. At first, many doubted whether one person could raise as much money. Eventually, Toon proved them wrong when the fund reached 1,159m Baht on Christmaz Day.
He is officially a hero! A new national oppa!!!
