Sam Gift, I've never really focused on regionalized Japanese food or any other ethnic food for that matter. I'll remember to ask my fave restaurants next time I go! However, I wouldn't think it matters as I sure know I'd love them all!!!

@sam i havent really regionalised it either but Okinawa food is really different from general Japanese food. It's more Chinese influenced and thus quite similar to our food too
