I had a massive panic attack out of nowhere at the animal shelter today so I left early but then on the bus there was this really creepy man that had to get out and he stood right behind me holding the same pole as me right above my hand and his hand slipped and touched me and then I was panicking all over again. Now I'm home and I'm gonna try and call down because that was a solid hour of panic
I just had a big trip to get home. Someone was hit by a train so it didn't go to my city. So I had to get out at another station and take the bus from there which was a 45 minute drive, 30 of which I had to half sit on a me-tal case because there were no seats available I'm so glad to be home
The session was very intense today. I talked about how my brother was very aggressive when we were younger and somewhere in the middle people started drilling on another floor and a man came into the room suddenly which scared me I'm glad to be home
Just got home from therapy and I'm all alone which means I'm going to blast Monsta X's new album at full volume And the neighbours won't be bothered either because they're all gone as well
I'm so tired The bus on the way back was 10 minutes late so it didn't go past a certain point so I had to wait for the next one which just didn't show up so I took a different one which is always really busy at the end of the day so you usually have to stand which my legs can't handle but luckily I could sit but it's still close to an hour later than when I could've been home if that first bus drove like normal
I just got back from the animal shelter and I had lots of fun. There were a lot of people that came to look at the animals and I talked to all of them which I usually don't do There was also a shady looking guy at the bus stop on the way back and he kinda scared. Now I'm gonna relax
