    Who wants some cheering up?
My Korean memtor asked me today why I think he is a good person.
Ever tell your friend why you like them as a person?
I had to stop and think. I mean, I just plain like him. To name the reasons is secondary to how I feel about this kind person who has given so generously of his time to encourage a stranger 7000 miles away who expressed interest in learning Korean.
Today, I put some of it into words. I was embarrassed to state it so frankly. Why are we embarrassed to tell someone "I admire you. You are someone I would like to emulate. You inspire me." I don't want him to think I am just flattering him.
Sincerity. My heart. It is all I have to give.

Sunshine/Choi Soyeon :) I'm not embarrassed to say things like that to someone bu it's hard for me to accept when ppl say something like that to me, that's when I feel embarrassed. I think that a lot of ppl are embarrassed because they are not used to do it and maybe because you have to open yourself to that person?
