The brain is a muscle itself that's why using it too much suddenly makes it sore, leading to headache. For that reason, we must train it, exercise it regularly so that we don't have headaches
They always say we're not using our brain 100, but in fact we are. Our brain is divided in different sections, so that each part corresponds to the every movement of muscles we hav, every sense and of course there's the memory

Anwei and I thought mine was brand new and I didn't touch it yet but miracles happen, I'm using it more lately
