    My 김치 is done! It's not exactly how it's supposed to be, at least it doesn't look like it , but I think it's very tasty! I'll just try to make it more often so I can learn how to make it better

    kathyv25 hello!!! i used hot pepper powder, i couldnt find hot repper flakes. it's pretty muck the same if you think that pepper comes out of peppers...hahahaha

    I tried some of my homemade 김치. I like it, but I want a stronger flavour so I'll let it keep fermenting (while I keep eating it. ㅋㅋㅋ)
